Perjurious Lies, Dishonesty & Illegal Actions of Murdoch's Fake Sheikh Mazher Mahmood were known and ignored by Police & Crown Prosecution Service from at least 1994 leading to Wrongful Convictions

The above letter which I received via email from the Criminal Cases Review Commission today Tuesday 2nd June 2026 speaks for itself really..

Especially when you consider I delivered all of my tons of “Fresh Evidence” to their Birmingham Offices on 3rd February 2026 as per this video

Despite knowing that I would be attending in person and despite it being confirmed to me on the day that there were people in the CCRC offices nobody from those offices came down to see me and instead I was met by a Female Security Staff Member who told me she was expecting me and that she would deliver my resubmission and fresh evidence of my innocence to the CCRC offices on my behalf.

Perhaps when somebody actually is assigned as my “Case Review Manager” they can take a look at this recent interview I did on Sonia Poulton’s “Wake Up With Sonia” show about my quest to clear my name

You see the thing is that my Two (2) UNSAFE Convictions as the Fresh Evidence I obtained during disclosure of my so called Phone Hacking claim in Tranche 4 of the MTVIL Mobile Telephone Voicemail Interception Litigation filed on 30th September 2022 in the High Court as “Alex Smith v NGN” which Rupert Murdoch’s News Group Newspapers settled in late 2024 by weaponizing a Part 36 offer illustrate should never have gone to court in the first place…

Further evidence now shows that both the Police and Crown Prosecution Service both knew as far back as at least 1994 that Murdoch’s News of the World Fake Sheikh Mazher Mahmood could NOT and Should NOT ever be relied on as a witness of truth in any further court proceedings and indeed they communicated with each other stating exactly that in writing as illustrated by the evidence in this other Substack article.

Ultimately my Two (2) UNSAFE convictions from 1999 (following a fabricated 1998 nonsense News of the World Story are clearly Miscarriages of Justice that resulted due to a MALICIOUS PROSECUCTION made even worse by Serious Disclosure Failures by both The Police & Crown Prosecution Service who had both been turning a blind eye to Mahmood’s Perjurious Lies, dishonesty & often arguably illegal actions (such as drugging peoples drinks & creating false evidence) since at least 1994.

It is my honest sincere belief that had the Police & CPS both abided (as they should of done) by their Legal Duty & Obligations under the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 that my case would never have made it to court in the first place!
