As you can see in above image, today 28th August 2026 I received a letter from the CCRC = Criminal Cases Review Commission in relation to my submission’s & reapplication to them which were made on 3rd February 2026 as per this video
They are now saying they hope to have passed my case to a Case Review Manager by the end of November 2026 which would be just a few days short of TEN MONTHS since I delivered all my evidence to them as per the video above filmed on 3rd Feb 2026
This letter of today 28th August 2026 follows the one they sent me on 2nd June 2026 which is shown below….

The above letter which I received via email from the Criminal Cases Review Commission today Tuesday 2nd June 2026 speaks for itself really..
Having to wait so long just for someone to even start looking at everything that I have submitted to them is frankly like a cruel & unusual punishment in itself….
The evidence I now have thanks to disclosure in my case “Alex Smith v NGN” which was settled in my favour at the end of 2024 is extremely strong indeed as I explain in this detailed blog posting
